Every purchase of the Forest Therapy and Sylvotherapy online course is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
The 30-day guarantee
If the course is not the right fit for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. You do not need to explain why.
The refund covers the full amount you paid, including any taxes charged at checkout.
How to request a refund
Write to the support address published on our Contact page from the email you used at checkout, including your order number. We aim to confirm every request quickly.
When the money arrives
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount usually appears within five to ten working days.
After a refund
Once a refund is issued, access to the course materials ends and the materials may no longer be used, copied or shared.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund where there is evidence that course materials have been copied, redistributed or resold, or where the same buyer has repeatedly purchased and refunded the course.
To be completed
Registered business details still need to be supplied, and the 30-day guarantee wording should be mirrored in the refund settings of the checkout.
